If you want genuine taste, try this hand made TOFU. You can experience the real taste of soybean here. You can also enjoy soybean milk pudding and ice cream from April to December. There are so many way to eat Tofu. In summer we often eat it chilled. We put chopped leeks or dried bonito on it and eat with soy sauce. In winter we make it hot.
