A healthy dessert

A Konnyaku is a gelatin-like food made from the starch of konnyaku-imo (Konnyaku yam), and we usually eat it as a meal. Ohya manufactures special Konnyaku-jelly, which is a bit more chewy than normal Konnyaku. There are 5 flavors, yogurt, green-tea, coffee, yokan (a Japanese sweet made by red-bean) and Warabimochi (a Japanese sweet which we usually eat with soybean flour). I can't express in words how how delicious it is.
