Traditional Sweets
This Japanese confectionary was established over 100 years ago. They produce additive-free sweets called "Yokaｎ″. Yokan is jellied bean paste made from Azuki beans, and a traditional Japanese sweet. Mr.Furukawa takes time to make his Yokan from the beans early in the morning every day. The Yokan of this shop has a consistency similar to jelly, and is moderately sweet.
