Kobe Municipal Arboretum
It is just a 30 minutes drive from central Kobe.,Take a deep breath and be relaxed the whole day. There are 1200 kinds of trees in this arboretum. Enjoy flowers and fresh green in spring, hydrangeas in early summer, and colored leaves in autumn. It was opened 1940, and has a long history. Part of this northern area was originally a garbage processing ground and trees were planted experimentally. A pick-up bus is available from kita-Suzurandai Station of Kobe-Dentetsu.
